Terms & Conditions — KisoMoney

• KisoMoney is a personal finance management platform to record, track, and analyze financial data.
• KisoMoney does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You confirm that the data you provide is accurate and lawful.

• Provide a valid email address.
• Keep login credentials secure and do not share accounts with unauthorized parties.
• We may suspend accounts involved in suspicious or abusive activity.

• No fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.
• No hacking, reverse engineering, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• No automated tools to overload the system.
• No harmful or malicious data uploads.

• You agree to receive transactional emails (verification codes, password reset, security alerts, important changes).
• We do not send marketing or promotional emails without explicit consent.

• You retain full ownership of the financial data you submit.
• You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
• We do not use your financial records or account content for ad targeting, ad personalization, advertising audiences, or ad measurement.

7.1 Free Plan Limits

• The free plan provides access to all KisoMoney functionality, subject to the usage and time limits below and the display of advertising.
• The free plan supports up to 4 financial accounts.
• The free plan supports up to 15 categories.
• The free plan supports up to 50 transactions per month.
• Analytics in the free plan is limited to a one-month period.
• The free plan displays third-party advertising.

7.2 Applying the Limits

• When a free-plan limit is reached, creating additional records or using the limited feature may be unavailable until capacity becomes available or a paid subscription is activated.
• The app interface may show the currently applied limits and remaining usage.
• We may update free-plan limits in the future. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

7.3 Advertising

• Advertising in the free plan is delivered through Google AdMob and may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited depending on consent, region, and device settings.
• Users with an active paid subscription are not shown ads.
• KisoMoney financial data is not used to target, personalize, create audiences for, or measure advertising.
• Third-party advertising does not constitute an endorsement by KisoMoney. Advertiser websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

• KisoMoney offers paid subscriptions through Google Play or the App Store, depending on the platform.
• A paid subscription does not unlock a separate set of features: an active subscription removes the free-plan limits described in Section 7 and disables advertising while the subscription entitlement remains active.
• Current price, trial availability (if offered), billing period, and renewal terms are shown by the applicable store before purchase.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store before the renewal date.
• If a subscription expires or is canceled, use of KisoMoney becomes subject to the free-plan limits and advertising described in Section 7.
• Refunds are handled according to the applicable store policies and applicable law.
• By purchasing or using a paid subscription, you agree to the current billing terms.

• You may delete your account at any time through the in-app deletion flow or by contacting info@kisomoney.com if you cannot access the app.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
• Data will be deleted or anonymized after termination unless law requires otherwise.

• The Service is provided "as is".
• No guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of calculations, compatibility with devices, or immunity from data loss/corruption.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, KisoMoney is not liable for financial losses, indirect/consequential damages, data corruption, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

• We may update these Terms. New versions will include an updated last-updated date.
• When a change materially affects the Service, free-plan limits, subscriptions, or user rights, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
