These Terms govern your use of the KisoMoney application. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Overview of the Service

  • KisoMoney does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

  • No hacking, reverse engineering, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
  • No automated tools to overload the system.
  • No harmful or malicious data uploads.

Violation of these rules may lead to termination.

5. Emails and Notifications

  • You agree to receive transactional emails (verification codes, password reset, security alerts, important changes).
  • We do not send marketing or promotional emails without explicit consent.

6. User Content

  • You retain full ownership of the financial data you submit.
  • You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
  • We do not view or analyze your data for marketing or advertising.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • KisoMoney offers paid subscription features via Google Play.
  • Current price, trial availability (if offered), billing period, and renewal terms are shown in Google Play before purchase.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.
  • By purchasing or using paid features, you agree to the current billing terms.

8. Termination of Account

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@kisomoney.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
  • Data will be deleted or anonymized after termination unless law requires otherwise.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided "as is".
  • No guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of calculations, compatibility with devices, or immunity from data loss/corruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, KisoMoney is not liable for financial losses, indirect/consequential damages, data corruption, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
